AVIVA Apartments: Construction Update November 2023 AVIVA continues to progress – November wrapped up the waterproofing work on the exterior (brown coloring) and the exterior flashing and stucco will begin as soon as scaffolding on the east and south sides are set up. Window installation is ongoing and sheetrock on the top floor began.
